Lisa's seated aerobics video is an easy to learn, series of choreographed movements of the body performed while seated, for both disabled and able-bodied individuals.  Each video comes with an instructional booklet which includes important fitness information and 100 pictures of some of the actual movements!


The video focuses on:

• Toning and shaping the body

The Monologue

Before the workout begins, Lisa explains 'how to' do many of the moves, safely and accurately, and demonstrates how to modify the moves for students of varying ability levels.


Two Workouts in One!

1.    A high-intensity more advanced workout

2.    A lower intensity, slower workout


Lisa has five instructors following her through the actual workout, and one special instructor, Sherri, doing the entire workout at a lower level.   You may do the moves at whichever level is best for you at the time, or you may go back and forth and combine sections of each!


The Workout

The hour long workout can be done a little at a time, or completely through, depending on your own ability.  Remember, students are encouraged to take as many breaks as they need, while still continuing to move, slowly from side to side for example.  Work at whatever level and intensity is best for you, and enjoy feeling healthy and strong in your new life!
